 New Restoration Outreach Christian Center of Fredericksburg is not about religion or denomination. We are about Jesus and reaching people! We invite you to attend one of our bible studies or worship experiences to really understand what NROCC is all about. Come experience the music, message, inviting atmosphere, and friendly people that make up NROCC.  

New Restoration Outreach Christian Church of Fredericksburg was established in 2018 under the leadership of Pastor Earl and Zandra Richardson. We are the legacy church to  New Restoration Outreach Christian Center of Raleigh, North Carolina where Bishop Dr. Eric L. Ellis is the Founder and Pastor and sister church to New Restoration Church of West Palm Beach, Florida where Pastor Sean Smith is pastor.

 WE BELIEVE in God, creator of all life, the creator of mankind, the provider, sustainer, the keeper, who is all wise, all holy, all powerful, all loving, who eternally makes Himself known as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.    

 Our prayer

Lord we pray as we walk out our purpose and destiny here at NROCC, we learn from the example of this church in the book of Acts, be unified, of one mind, one purpose, one goal to reach the lost and spread the gospel.

  May we grow from strength to strength, may we receive the infusion of a lion in difficult moments, when the difficulties of life threaten our very existence may the lion inside of us roar, may we prevail where the eagles fail may we have the eye of an eagle may we run the race with the strength of a horse may we never get weary or tired, may the days of adversity not steer us off course May our God who called and anointed us before we were a clot in our mothers womb give us a higher height and deeper depth in Him, may we dive head first into new dimension, may each step onto the next levels of God be ginormous, We decree and declare that we are the head and not the tail, we are royalty In the name of Jesus Christ Amen!!
