New Restoration Outreach Church is not about religion or denomination. We are about Jesus and reaching people! We invite you to attend one of our bible studies or worship experiences to really understand what NROC is all about. Come experience the music, message, inviting atmosphere, and friendly people that make up NROC.
New Restoration Outreach Church was established in 2018 under the leadership of Pastor Earl and Zandra Richardson. We are the sister church to New Restoration Outreach Christian Center, New Jersey with Pastor Kendrick Durant and legacy church to New Restoration Outreach Christian Center of Raleigh, North Carolina where Bishop Dr. Eric L. Ellis is the Founder and Pastor.
WE BELIEVE in God, creator of all life, the creator of mankind, the provider, sustainer, the keeper, who is all wise, all holy, all powerful, all loving, who eternally makes Himself known as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
It is our mission to reach people and lead them into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and to empower them to fulfill their God called purpose. To disciple them to Christ-like maturity, train them for their ministry and send them out to fulfill their life mission in the world.
–Pastor Earl Richardson
Our Congregation
Is made up of families of all ages and ethnic backgrounds who share together in a unique blend of Christian Service. We share one anothers burdens, and so complete Christ's Law. Right now, therefore, every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all, starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith.

At NROC, we are committed to worshipping God in Spirit and in Truth. We believe true worship is God directed and God centered. Worship allows us to draw close to God, who alone is worthy of all our praise. Therefore, we invite you to “come worship” with us.
Tuesday Corporate Prayer Call
7:00pm At NROC, we have made it a priority to seek God first in prayer. We do this collectively as a church, through weekly prayer. Together, we faithfully seek God first, trusting His power alone to create a lasting impact in our lives, our church and our nation.

Stewardship
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Malachi 3:10
Malachi challenges us to try God’s faithfulness through faithful giving of our time, talents, gifts and financial resources. At NROC Fredericksburg, we are committed to experiencing the promises of God through faithful stewardship.
